This facility will open via the Congress website www.adc2011.com on Wednesday, 15 December 2010 and close at midnight on Wednesday, 17 February 2011. CONGRESS PHOTOGRAPHY COMPETITION On Wednesday, 1 December 2010, the 34th Australian Dental Congress will commence a photography competition with three categories of entry -- 'Best Clinical' Photograph, 'Best Travel' Photograph and 'Best Congress -- Here & Now' Photograph. Entries for the first two categories can be submitted by Congress delegates via email ahead of Congress. 'Best Congress -- Here & Now' Photograph can only be submitted at the Congress by email, flash card or USB key. Specific parameters will be set for competition entries. The competition will have its own Facebook page, and some of the photographs entered in the competition will be featured in various ADA publications and at the Congress. This essentially means that entrants (i.e., Congress delegates only) will assign copyright interest of the images to the ADA. There will be two prizes for each category, a Judge's prize and a Popular (people's) prize. Judging will take place at the Congress. Additional competition information will follow shortly. We encourage all delegate photographers to get their equipment ready! Oscar van Elten Federal Sales and Event Manager POST-GRADUATE Abstract Submissions and Congress Photography Competition
