The ADA has coordinated with MIMS to create an easily accessible resource available to all ADA Members via the ADA website. To access MIMS simply log in to the Members’ Lounge at www.ada.org.au and click the ‘MIMS’ tab within the left hand menu. fInd A dEnTIST Find A Dentist is an online service published by the ADA as a source of demographic and professional information on individual dentists throughout Australia. The ADA provides this service to facilitate members of the public finding a dentist in a convenient location or required speciality. All dentists who are members of the ADA are provided with the opportunity to register themselves. ARE YOU In THE LOOP? The Australian Dentist provides information on major transitions in the dental industry, clinical information from the Australian Dental Journal, oral health campaigns, the National Dental Update, and opportunities available through our featured partner services. If you do not currently receive the Australian Dentist, please send an email from your preferred address to email@example.com and stay in the loop. How to register your practice on ‘Find a dentist’ To register you or your practice on ‘Find A Dentist’ simply log in to the Members’ Lounge at www.ada.org.au and select the ‘Edit My Profile’ tab on the left hand side of the page. Fill in your personal and practice details and click ‘Yes’ to ‘Active in Find a Dentist Search’ under Practice Details. Members have the option to fill in multiple practice details and any specialities and once activated, these will be automatically published in the ‘Find A Dentist’ register. If you require assistance logging into your member profile on the ADA website, please contact the Marketing Team on 02 9906 4412. The dental profession is continuously evolving and it can be difficult to keep in touch with pertinent information on a variety of topics from an array of sources. Your ADA has developed a number of online resources that will keep you up-to-date and assist you in your practise of dentistry. We showcase a number of these online resources to demonstrate how you can keep in touch.
